Cheesy Cupcake

birthday card with penny black mice image and cupcake
it would have to be cheese flavoured for the mice, wouldn’t it? i coloured the image with distress inks and popped it on foam tape, added stickles to the cupcake and around the border. i’m submitting this to the ‘happy birthday’ stampalot challenge since they’re celebrating their 2nd birthday; the ‘someone special’ joanna sheen challenge and the paper players, who want to see CAS projects using watercolouring. thanks for popping by.

  2. Morning Linda

What a pretty card, as you say it has to be a cheese flavoured cupcake. The yellow and lilac colours are a super blend as well and very Spring like.

Thanks so much for joining in our Birthday celebrations at Stampalot challenge and hope you will join the blog hop as well, lots of prizes to be won there.

  5. This is so pretty Linda and I love all the sparkle. One of my fave PB images, well I think I say that about all of them don’t I? The purple and yellow combo is so pretty and makes me think of spring.

  6. Loving the lilac and yellow color combo! The baker’s twine is such a sweet added touch, as is the glittered border and cupcake frosting. Your watercoloring is amazing! The critters have such a soft touch. Very cute! So glad you joined in the fun at The Paper Players!

I'd love to know what you think!
